Ormond Beach Lanai Sunrooms & Patios was founded in 2018 by a team that had spent years working on residential construction projects throughout Volusia County. The business started with a simple observation: most homeowners in Ormond Beach had a screened porch or open patio that they stopped using by late spring because the heat and humidity made it unbearable.

Ormond Beach is a beautiful place to live - the Halifax River, the mature oaks, the coastal light. But open-air spaces in this climate only work for a few months out of the year. We set out to build sunrooms and patio enclosures that people would actually use in August, not just in January. That meant building to Florida's wind standards, using glass that handles the heat load, and making sure every project was permitted and inspected.

Since 2018, we have worked on homes throughout Ormond Beach and across the surrounding communities - from beachside neighborhoods east of A1A to newer subdivisions west of I-95.
