We design and build sunrooms, patio enclosures, screen rooms, and related outdoor living structures for residential properties in Ormond Beach and surrounding communities. Services are performed under contract and subject to the specific terms agreed upon in a written project agreement signed by both parties before work begins.
Estimates are provided free of charge and are based on the information available at the time of the site visit. An estimate is not a binding contract. Pricing is confirmed in a written project agreement.
Pricing may change after an estimate is issued if site conditions, material costs, or project scope change materially from what was assessed during the initial visit. Any changes to scope or cost will be communicated to you in writing before additional work is performed.

Project start dates are scheduled after a signed contract and required deposit are received. If you need to cancel a project after signing a contract, cancellation terms - including any applicable deposit retention - will be outlined in the written project agreement. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
Payment schedules are defined in each written project agreement and typically include a deposit at signing, one or more progress payments during construction, and a final payment upon project completion and your acceptance of the work.
All payments are due on the dates specified in your agreement. Late payments may result in a pause in work until the outstanding balance is resolved. We reserve the right to charge a late fee on overdue balances as specified in the project agreement.
Final payment is due upon completion of the project and your walkthrough approval. Making a final payment confirms your acceptance of the completed work.
Where required by local ordinance, we will obtain necessary building permits on your behalf before construction begins. Permit fees are typically included in the project price or itemized separately in your agreement. We will schedule required inspections and coordinate with the county building department throughout the project. You are responsible for obtaining any required homeowners association approvals before work begins. We can assist with documentation but cannot guarantee HOA approval timelines.
We stand behind our workmanship. Specific warranty terms - including duration and coverage - are detailed in the written project agreement.
Our workmanship warranty covers defects caused by our installation. It does not cover damage resulting from storms, flooding, acts of God, improper use, alterations made by others, or normal wear and tear. Manufacturer warranties on materials (windows, glass, framing components) are separate and governed by the manufacturer.

If informal resolution is not possible, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration provider, conducted in Ormond Beach, FL. Both parties waive the right to a jury trial or class action proceeding related to any dispute covered by this agreement.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action not subject to arbitration shall be brought in the appropriate courts of Volusia County, Florida.
